The Family Man (2019) Series Review

The Family man deals with the torn and dusted concept, but with a very interesting screenplay. The lead character Manoj, who we know him as a tonsured man in Gangs of wasseypur transformed himself into a humorous agent with greater skills of lying. He may even convince India's economy is growing with his lies. Such a convincing acting. There are too many mediocre scenes turn into comedy because of his body language and his colloquial language. With him on one side, we have the two monstrous children. God, I don't know what I would do if I am a father. Even a character like Srikant Tiwari, the lead character struggles to handle them. For us, these become plus point, as it shows how difficult it would be if we become Family Man. Sorry, The Family Man.

All this drama and comedy on one side, Srikant Tiwari diligently works in Taasc, a Government organisation which prevents what needs to be prevented. His convincing lies and analytical strategy helps in fighting terrorism - this is where I felt as a cliche. Because we have too many movies and series in this kind of shade - protect the nation. Even sacred games deals the same. But I would say, The Family Man is better than Sacred Games because The family man is decent enough to not fool around with his ex-girl friend. This concept may be cliche but we need these kind of series and stories once in a while to remind our-self how soldiers are making our life easier.

Another best tactical part is the cast and screenplay. The creators of this series picked actors from Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu industries which helps its reach as most people wants to see the familiar face than a new face. Anyways, everybody does their job well, so we can't complain anyone and as usual screenplay is very moving - not even a single time it gets insipid.

The family Man also teaches too many things - one of the things is that you can lie as much as you want but if your children knows about it, then they will use it to make you agree on whatever they ask.
