Once upon a time in Hollywood (2019) Movie review
There are always too much expectations for the Quentin Tarantino movie. When the announcements came that Brad Pitt and DiCaprio going to play lead together, then the expectations gone into different level. But what we get in Once upon a time is utter disappointment. Comedy worked at some level but the screenplay is very slow. Even with the slow moving pace, the movie could have come better if it had some good ending. Well, they had a mediocre violence at the climax but it didn't do justice to the whole film. Just because it's Tarantino movie, one need not have to tell the movie is good even if it's bad. Almost most of the scenes weren't even engaging. Only Tarantino knows why he chose this script. Coming to the cast, Al Pacino and Margot Robbie are wasted. Background score also didn't work out. One may argue it's different but you know what is the meaning of the word "different" used during these circumstances. Its boring and only out of respect...
